Born in Guanajuato, Mexico, and raised in Southwest Florida, Jose’s passion for soccer runs deep. After developing his skills in the local youth teams, Jose moved on to the Academy level, playing for Chivas Academy in Bradenton, FL. There, he gained valuable experience competing in international friendlies against Brazil's U17s the USYNT U17s as well as many professional teams. Now, Jose brings his extensive playing and coaching experience – including time with LYSA and Florida West – back to the community. His philosophy: 'Our job as coaches/mentors is not just to develop the player but the overall person’

Driven by a passion for nurturing young talent, Humberto Saldana is a USSF certified coach with extensive experience in youth soccer. His coaching philosophy centers on putting the player first, fostering a supportive environment where individuals are challenged to reach their full potential. Humberto's background includes multiple years playing in the top divisions of Leon, Mexico, and several years of coaching in youth divisions, all contributing to his comprehensive understanding of the game and his ability to elevate player performance.
